We are working with FedEx to ensure you receive your parcels as quickly as possible during these challenging times. However, due to the additional strain on their delivery network, we are currently unable to guarantee timed deliveries. Deliveries will no longer be signed for as part of the new Government measures, so we ask that you keep an eye on your tracking emails and get in touch as soon as possible with any issues that may arise.
We know that a lot of orders are being sent to home addresses at the moment, so we have a few tips to make sure you get the best delivery service possible.
1. Please provide a name and contact mobile number for home deliveries. This way, FedEx can text you to let you know your parcel is on its way.
2. If there is a safe place the driver can leave the parcel, please let us know so that we can pass this onto the driver.
3. When a mobile number is provided, we pass this onto FedEx but as the drivers use their personal mobiles, we cannot guarantee that you will get a phonecall from the driver.
